How can I complain about youtube videos that are abusing animals? - videos about vagin
I came in and mirrors fun videos about YouTube that I thought that was terrible abuse of animals. The person has the video of a cat in an anesthetized dog and obviousely clips. There was nothing to laugh about. Is there anyone who examines this question. You can do whatever they want in these places of interest. It's terrible. I'm shocked.

You can complain to the administrators of YouTube. They have a code of conduct ... http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guide
PETA animal welfare organizations, that things are very serious and appears willing to prosecute those responsible.
Generally speaking, however, into YouTube when SAR flag a video as unacceptable, administrators look.
